CHAPTER 1 SIGN USER LOGIN

 

 

 

1.1. User Registration

The process of registration can also be initiated by selecting the Log main menu and select «Register» where required to screen the User Name and Password.
In the screen that appears enter the new user the essential elements and the desired options for User Name and Password and e-mail it. The password must be at least 7 characters.

 

With the completion of the requested information, the creation of new user finishes the selection register. The completions of all necessary fields are mandatory. Required fields must be completed are indicated with an asterisk (*).

1.4 Enable e-Services

CHAPTER 2 USE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

 

 

 


 

2.1 Electronic Service Option

 

After you make the entry process will display the following screen.

From this menu we can choose
A) Tickets traffic code: If we have a fine from the breach so can not pay via e-bank to see some older or call option if you have not registered your call to register you.
B) Update Beneficiaries payment: If you are a supplier and you have a transaction with the city you can see at any moment the state that their payment is.
C) Municipal tax 2% or 5%: If you have to pay the end of the municipal tax of 2% and 5% respectively you through the site to represent the turnover and to pay the appropriate amount via e-bank.
D) REQUESTS-CERTIFICATES-Complaints: In this area you can submit a request for certificates, licenses or for any specific requests.
C) Check Request Status: Here you can browse your request by typing the code of the request and see what state it is.

 2.2 Tickets traffic code

 

After you select the menu tab ticket will display the following screen

If you have the ticket in your hands and the site doesn’t show to you it means that the ticket doesn’t registered by officials of the Municipality. Then you can make your registration by clicking the tab «Call Information». You first search the ticket, next the registration and final the payment

After clicking search it is requested to us to give the amount of the ticket.

2.4 MUNICIPALITY TAXES 2% & 5%

2.5 CERTIFICATES-REQUESTS COMPLAINTS
